9:00    Leave Tokyo Station

11:30  Arrive at Sendai Station (by Bullet train)


13:00  Visit to devastated coastal areas: Ishinomaki & Onagawa (TBC)

18:00  Dinner

Sunday, July 22 – Conference: ICT for Disaster Recovery

10:00  Opening Remarks

10:15  Reports from local professional and residents

           The use of ICT/Internet for Disaster Relief –

           Ongoing projects using ICT for Restoration

12:30  Lunch

13:30  Workshop/Group Discussion: Lessons Learned and the Way Forward

16:00  Closing

16:30  Leave Sendai Station

19:00  Arrive at Tokyo Station
